"I have been a long time customer of your competitor, when I say a long time I mean over 32 years. I actually called them to see about lowering my rates, with no luck. Then Eric reached out with a quote. A very nice quote to be exact. So I called him and we compared apples to apples and you guys blew my carrier of over 32 years away.
